Whatever you speak or present will only be consumed by your audience, so it is a must to first study your audience. You can start with their background exactly who they whether your audience is engineers or doctors, according to that you can use some technical terms. Because any engineer term can’t be understood by medical students and vice versa. After that, try to know about which topic your audience is familiar if you have any hesitation to unsure

➢ Purpose

Understanding the purpose plays a very important role because it helps you to decide the way in which you will address the audience. To analysis: When you show results and findings of some particular task, or project. To persuade: When you try to convince your audience for a particular project.

➢ Thesis

A thesis sentence that you write mainly focuses on your ideas for presentation, paper, or any documentary. How effectively you write the thesis decides at what extent your audience will connect to your presentation.

For example: Use “Choosing a TATA Safari for off-road has five significant advantages” instead of “Why should we choose TATA safari”.

Outlining & structuring

This is nothing but a kind framework in which the material of your presentation fits. You can relate it to the engineering drawing where first we draw outlines to define a framework within that we need to make all the sketches. In the same way, you need to define the area of the page in which all material will be fitted. Another important aspect is the structure of your presentation. Basically, you need to follow the order as like below:
